This October, we will be bringing you a night of entertainment and great food; fun whilst raising funds! We have been working hard to put together a great line-up of live music throughout the evening as well as offering up some top-notch grub!
Cooking up a storm on the evening will be our guest chef, Devante Malone, of Waxy Lemons. Pop-up brunch extrodinaire, Devante will be bringing us three courses of Caribbean food with a twist – it’s all vegan! Of course it will be so delicious that carnivores and veggies can enjoy alike!
He says about the event “I wanted the menu to relate to Brixton and it’s culture but also bring it together with other cultural identities creating this Caribbean fusion menu”.
10 piece Afro-Cuban band, Los Domingos (hailing from South London) will be providing some Latin rhythm on the evening; a favourite of the salsa scene, we will certainly be pushing back the tables after the meal to start the dance floor! Bring your dancing shoes and best moves!
Song-bird, Nãnci Correia will be gracing us with her stunning vocals. Portuguese in background and Brixton born and bred, Nãnci incorporates a rich and eclectic mix of music in her influences and is going in a new direction with her music. Worth seeing her in an intimate setting before she is playing sell out arenas!
Tickets cost £50.00 and as well of this, also include a welcoming cocktail reception! All the money raised will be pumped directly back into Be Enriched’s projects tackling food poverty and social isolation in the capital.
