Administrative and Media Assistants

Job Type: 25 hours

Salary: £15,000-£21,000 /year 

We are looking for 2 administrative assistants and 2 media or communications assistants to support our team.

This would be a wonderful opportunity for someone who wants to gain experience of an supportive role in a third sector setting with a

organisation that offers career support and training.

General responsibilities (as shared to various levels between all members of the admin team) will include:

· Answering the phone

· Booking training and diary management.

· Sending confirmation of booking emails

· Greeting customers, taking payments

· Responding to correspondence from specialists and partners

· Contacting customers and community groups as instructed by manager

· Managing members requests for new stock and stops

· Management of electronic records including registration of new customers

· Limited PA duties for the Managing Director, includes booking restaurants, arranging events

· Taking minutes

· Filing and preparation of meetings

Primary special responsibilities will include supporting:

· The Food Bus manager in printing and preparing letters, attachments and envelopes for posting,

· The Food bus manager in processing member feedback questionnaires

· The Food bus manager in short-term projects such as: scoping venues, market research etc

· The Food bus manager and Managing Director in invoicing 

This role is funded through the Kickstarter programme. Therefore role holders must be aged 18-24 and in receipt of Universal Credit. You will not get an interview if you do not fit this criteria.

Fundraising Officer

Job Type: 21-28 hours

Salary: £24,000.00 to £28,000.00 /year depending on experinece

The Fundraising Officer will work with the management team to raise funds, generate income, make sure we meet our fundraising targets, raise the profile and enhance the reputation of Be Enriched in line with our core values, support our growing organisation and inspire more people to support us.

You will identify and develop income opportunities, develop and maintain new relationships to secure funding, write high-quality, inspiring and tailored applications and project reports addressing grant-making priorities and requirements.

This is a fantastic opportunity to play a significant role in shaping a fundraising strategy whilst generating immediate impact. You will be confident ambassador for our work with a strong track record of fundraising.

In order to be successful in this role and support our goals, we are looking for you to have:

· Knowledge and experience of 2years of more in trusts and foundations or individual giving as well as community and corporate fundraising

· Ability to develop and build new relationships

· Good writing skills and attention to detail

· Excellent interpersonal skills and a team player

· Able to work flexibly and under pressure

· Experience of using Salesforce is desirable, but not essential

 Manager - Food Bus - Filled

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £24,000.00 to £28,000.00

As Store manager  for the Food Bus you will deliver a flagship innovative solution to food access, food poverty and health inequalities in Wandsworth and Lambeth. Together with 2 small teams you will manage the mobile cafe and greengrocer on a double decker bus and van to increase access to good food for all.

Candidates should be confident, computer literate and professional able to represent the organsiation to stakeholders. You will have experience in project management, leading teams and logistics able to troubleshoot issues when they arise. You will develop and work with localised networks of organisations delivering change on a local level to support better food access.

The ideal candidate will be a superb project manager with outstanding attention to detail and a keen interest in food.

Salary: £11-15 P/hr

As a team memmber for the Food Bus you will help deliver the food bus project in Wandsworth and Lambeth. As a part of 2 small teams you will bring healthy  cafe food and the greengrocer on a double decker bus across the boroughs.

Candidates should be confident, professional and able to bring energy to the projects. You will have experience in working in teams, with food and have the ablity to keep calm under pressure. You will develop and work with a team of 3-4 each day to bring the project to communities in need of it.

The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic person with an intrest in food and community
