Do you want to raise money for projects that deliver sustainable and measurable results?
We are seeking a passionate, dynamic Grants and fundraising officer who will work with the Be Enriched team to raise funds, generate income, meet fundraising targets, raise our profile with key funding partners, and inspire relevant groups to support us.
You will identify and develop income opportunities, develop and maintain new relationships to secure funding, write high-quality, inspiring and tailored applications and contribute to project reports addressing grant-making priorities and requirements. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a significant role in shaping a fundraising strategy whilst generating immediate impact.
You will be a confident ambassador for our work with a strong track record of fundraising.
In order to be successful in this role and support our goals, we are looking for you to have:·
Knowledge and experience in grants, trusts and foundations and to contribute to our fundraising strategy·.
Ability to develop and build new relationships·
Good writing skills and attention to detail·
Excellent interpersonal skills and a team player·
As Chair, you’ll provide governance and strategic leadership, working closely with a committed Board and CEO to strengthen impact and ensure sustainability. Key responsibilities include:

Leading Board meetings and setting strategic direction

Recruiting and developing trustees to maintain a diverse, skilled Board

Acting as an ambassador for Be Enriched and supporting our mission

Liaising with the CEO and overseeing senior appointments

As a Board Member, you will help shape Be Enriched’s vision and strategy, ensuring the charity remains financially sound, legally compliant, and true to its mission. Trustees provide oversight and guidance to the CEO, contribute to decision-making on key issues, and act as ambassadors for our work.
You’ll attend quarterly board meetings and the AGM, offer expertise where needed, and collectively take responsibility for safeguarding the organisation’s long-term sustainability and impact.
