Fundraising Officer

Job Type: 21-28 hours

Salary: £24,000.00 to £28,000.00 /year depending on experinece

The Fundraising Officer will work with the management team to raise funds, generate income, make sure we meet our fundraising targets, raise the profile and enhance the reputation of Be Enriched in line with our core values, support our growing organisation and inspire more people to support us.

You will identify and develop income opportunities, develop and maintain new relationships to secure funding, write high-quality, inspiring and tailored applications and project reports addressing grant-making priorities and requirements.

This is a fantastic opportunity to play a significant role in shaping a fundraising strategy whilst generating immediate impact. You will be confident ambassador for our work with a strong track record of fundraising.

In order to be successful in this role and support our goals, we are looking for you to have:

· Knowledge and experience of 2years of more in trusts and foundations or individual giving as well as community and corporate fundraising

· Ability to develop and build new relationships

· Good writing skills and attention to detail

· Excellent interpersonal skills and a team player

· Able to work flexibly and under pressure

· Experience of using Salesforce is desirable, but not essential

Store Manager - Food Bus

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £24,000.00 to £28,000.00

Last year over 3000 people benefited from our projects and this year our new flagship project will enable us to support even more.

As Store manager  for the Food Bus you will deliver a flagship innovative solution to food access, food poverty and health inequalities in Wandsworth and Lambeth. Together with a small team you will manage the mobile cafe and greengrocer on a double decker bus to increase access to good food for all.

Candidates should be confident, computer literate and professional able to represent the organsiation to stakeholders. You will have experience in project management, leading teams and logistics able to troubleshoot issues when they arise. You will develop and work with localised networks of organisations delivering change on a local level to support better food access.

The ideal candidate will be a superb project manager with outstanding attention to detail and a keen interest in food.


With a proven track record of project delivery, you will use your strong communication and superb networking skills to develop and deliver the project. As an expert relationship manager, you’ll work closely with colleagues and partners to collect data that will make a real difference to people at all levels.
