Fundraiser
Salary: £24,000.00-£28,000.00 per year (FTE)
P/T or F/T

This is an exciting and pivotal role within a proactive and friendly team as the charity makes further steps to extend its projects to enrich the community. This role is for 2-3 days per week with lots of autonomy. The Fundraising Officer will work with the marketing team to raise funds, generate income, make sure we meet our fundraising targets, raise the profile and enhance the reputation of Be Enriched in line with our core values, support our growing organisation and inspire more people to support us. You will identify and develop income opportunities, develop and maintain new relationships to secure funding, write high-quality, inspiring and tailored applications and contribute to project reports addressing grant-making priorities and requirements. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a significant role in shaping a fundraising strategy whilst generating immediate impact. You will be confident ambassador for our work with a strong track record of fundraising. Food Bus Project Assistant:
£19,000.00-£21,000.00 per year (FTE)

Do you want to work on an innovative community project which brings people together, through food and activities, in South London? Be Enriched is looking for an organised and creative individual to play an integral role in our Food Bus team as a Project Assistant. The Food Bus is a unique double decker working in tandem with our Food Float, a refurbished milk float. Both reach areas experiencing food insecurity or inaccessibility to food. We believe that affordable, nutritious food should be accessible to everyone, so we bring the shop to those who need it. Each week the Food Bus and the Food Float offers groceries, cupboard items and more, at a lower cost. The Food Bus also has a cafe on the top deck, allowing people to buy a coffee and catch up with friends. The Project Assistant will be required to work with the team, assist with the day-to-day logistics of the service and provide excellent customer service. This role will entail a broad variety of tasks and so we will require a flexible, positive attitude. General responsibilities include: Working on Food Bus/Food Float greeting customers, customer support and taking payments Administering food inventory and day-to-day operations Handling customer requests, such as stock suggestions Co-ordination with Food Bus Driver regarding bus/float cleaning schedules and maintenance Maintaining POS system Completing new member forms, collecting, and organising customer data Communication with customers though WhatsApp group Organising records (financial, risk assessments, vehicle documentation etc.) Work with Food Bus Manager and Community Engagement Coordinator to respond to bus stop requests and changes Assist and support special events and workshops. Work with Coordinator to create and post social media stories and updates. Working with Manager / Coordinator in creating member surveys and feedback processes. Person Specification: Flexible, enthusiastic and proactive approach to the job Excellent organisational skills with an eye for detail Excellent communication and customer service skills Prior retail or sales experience Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Proactive problem solving Experience working or volunteering in a community setting An interest in subjects of food insecurity and nutrition Drivers license a plus
